I'm leaving in an hour to hike the Tongariro Crossing. Usually its a fine hike. But now its winter. And the snow reports sound insane. The weather is supposed to be fine, but there is still a lot of snow in the high elevation regions and I need to go get ice equipment from the military surplus store before embarking on the hike. So yeah, um, I might die, I might not. But if I don't post by like Sunday or something, call the U.S. Embassy for me. And my parents. Peace.
